Amenities include one queen bed, 1 queen sized comfortable queen sofa bed, air conditioning, private deck, private fire pit & 38 acres of private hiking trails and snowshowing trails. This large victorian house unit 2 is extraordinary because it is located on the historic Irvine Park square with beautiful views of its fountain and gazebo - this is the only rental available on the park!! The victorian was handmade in 1869 and the exterior is now a museum piece preserved by the National Register of Historic Places. It is featured in Saint Paul walking and bus history tours, history books and even a history comic book!
