The snowmobile trail is 5 miles from the cabin Taquamenon Falls is approximately 51 miles from the cabin

3 - 1/2 miles North of US-2 Perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

Just 18 miles west of the Mackinac bridge and downtown St. Ignace, 50 min. drive to Soo Locks or Taquamenon Falls.

Less than a 10-minute drive to a beautiful Lake Michigan beach and the Garlyn Zoo. Tahquamenon Falls is an hour drive to the north. Plenty to see and do all within a days drive.
