Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

The house is about 5 km from the E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has a fully equipped kitchen, even a microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available, but sheets and towels are to be brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and WiFi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to use. In summer, there is also a heated pool. Additional accommodation in a large apartment can also be rented.

On the farm, you can move freely, in the barn, children usually love to climb, skateboard and play ping-pong. Jump on the trampoline. Less than 10 minutes down to a fantastic swimming area that is fun for children. On the farm there are bikes for guided cycling and kayaks to rent if you get the feeling. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. The hot tub available Easter- end Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter - end of Oct.

Welcome to the nature-loving "Stånganäs" next to Lake Långrösten in Hälsingland. A perfect place for relaxation. Here you will find a private jetty, a small beach for swimming and good opportunities for outdoor cooking. Rowboat/outboard motor is available to use and a private parking is right next to the house. There is no running water. We fill up water before check-in and it can be easily picked up at a nearby water source. The toilet is equipped with a new incineration toilet.

Lägenheten finns i egen byggnad ovanpå stall. I stallet bor tre svartnosfår. På gården finns även ett boningshus där vi i familjen bor med två tonåringar, katter, kaniner och hundar. Njut av lugnet med utsikt över åkrar, kor och hästar på närliggande gårdar. Djur är välkomna! Elbilsladdare finns.
