3 km south of Järvsö is our greeting farm Jon-Anunds from the early 1800s. Here you live in our guest house with a fantastic view of the Ljusnan valley. On the farm, you can move freely, in the barn, children usually love to climb, skateboard and play ping-pong. Jump on the trampoline. Less than 10 minutes down to a fantastic swimming area that is fun for children. On the farm there are bikes for guided cycling and kayaks to rent if you get the feeling. Fantastic cottage with lakefront property! Sauna, hot tub and boat with engine. Long jetty by the beach and swimming raft with diving tower. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. The hot tub available Easter- end Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter - end of Oct.

Apartment in rural environment with pool and sauna.

The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is on the upper floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has a double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in one room. Bed linens are available, but bed linens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK/set. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer also a heated pool to use.

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.
