A beautiful setting and a way to relax in nature and the sounds of the birds. Perfectly decorated former hayloft that is filled with all the amenities to spend a wonderful time with a better half. The jacuzzi and sauna are with a beautiful view. The cleanliness is immaculate and the property is full of little things that sometimes forget to bring for a weekend trip. The house is a beautiful blend of most traditional and modern decor where everything stands cozy in the space. The view and access is full of privacy since it is at the end of a place with a nice meadow to the forest.

Everything is great, there are no complaints. Friendly hosts, great accommodation :)

We loved this apartment!! We were only here 1 night and it was raining so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful patio at the house. We sat outside under a covered area for an hour but it would have been incredible on a beautiful day! The house is exactly as pictured and described. My daughter absolutely loved this house due to all of the pink and purple accents. Due to some road closures, we got turned around a little bit. Ingo was very responsive and quickly helped us find our way. She was waiting outside to greet us when we arrived. She had lots of amenities. Dish soap, dishwasher, tabs, laundry, detergent, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towel, towels, extra blankets… she even left a bunch of Easter eggs for my three children!! It is outside of the city center, but it was an excellent value. Two adults and three children slept comfortably. Thank you Inga!

We spent 2 nights in this excellent quality accommodation. It feels very good, the apartment is new and very cozy. We recommend it without hesitation, plus the hosts are very nice and for cat lovers you will make a lovely little friend 😅

What a stunning place and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved our stay at the spotless accommodation and were treated amazingly.

You arrive and immediately feel at home. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very peculiar flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ask for. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best I've ever booked. This is such a place you never want to leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in 10 minutes in Grikvenica on the house beach where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and did a lot of explorations and it was beautiful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

If you're looking for a place to take a break from your fast-paced life, you're here! Clean, tidy, with lots of natural amenities in the area. I recommend to everyone except those who have a problem that the stairs to the sleeping area are steep, and the ones that lead to the bathroom are narrow and spiral. We're happy, we'll be back on another occasion! :)

I had an amazing 3-night stay at the luxury Opatija Sky View Apartment! The oceanfront view from the living room and the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern decor and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding, and the spacious rooms with ample closet space added to the comfort. The owner was highly responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend this stunning, well-appointed apartment for a fantastic stay.

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back:)

We have a great stay. We spend less days than we had planned cause of a family situation. Pero was very kind and his dad as well. The view is amazing, you can have breakfast on the terras and sit till late in the evening comfortable outside. The kitchen is big and the living spacious, a good bathroom and good beds. I hope someday we can come back.

Suzana is an excellent, attentive super hostess. Everything you need and even more (umbrella, iron…) is available. There was a cool bottle of white wine in the fridge. On the kitchen table were fruit and chocolate and cherries from the garden. In general, the garden and access to the sea are beautiful. The apartment is simply recommended.

We would absolutely recommend a stay in the Birdhouse of Branko! After friendly contact about the ETA, he was waiting for us at the communicated stop. He helped us carry some luggage and walked us to the accommodation. Once arrived there, the home was clean and cozy and the fridge was already filled by him since he would know that the shops were closed once we arrived. The view from the balcony can best be described as perfect. Branko is a really kind host who wanted us to feel home. We can confirm that it felt like home. 😌 Motovun was a bit quiet, but it was fine since we loved the serenity of the birdhouse. We will definitely recommend our friend to consider the Birdhouse when visiting Istria. We would also recommend to book at Miro Tartufi for truffle hunting!

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

The house is almost unbeatable in terms of value for money. It is extremely clean, nicely decorated and you can find everything you need. Even a fruit basket and a bottle of wine were provided to us. Communication was very easy, you got a quick response to all messages and both check-in and check-out were very easy and straightforward. The amenities of the house are really very very good, the appliances are modern and new and all work perfectly. If you have a car available, the location is also very good and you can quickly reach all the important places on the island. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

The villa is actually much nicer than the pictures. Each room has its own bathroom, which was very helpful for us. The hobby room was used extremely often and was a perfect addition to the pool, sauna and hot tub. We were a youth group of 13 people and would definitely recommend the Airbnb.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Daniela and Korado welcomed us in a very friendly way and first gave us a guided tour of the property. All communication was very friendly, straightforward and fast. Everything matched the description and the view from the terrace is simply magnificent; the large pool was not only refreshing, but you could also swim in it very well. We had a wonderful time at the accommodation and felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the house and Daniela as well as Korado as hosts.

What a beautiful peaceful location. Everything is perfect! The most friendliest hosts and of course not forgetting Hugo who greeted us each day, gave a good home feeling. The villa is top standard, all amenities are available. WiFi was great. Pool was just the perfect place to relax. I will miss watching the many variety of birds who come to visit especially the Eurasian Hoopoes! Thank you so much, we love Croatia and will be back
