Unique Rancho on the Sevan beach, in village Chkalovka. We have a large garden with horses, baby zone, while inside of the villa we have 3 luxury rooms with private bathrooms, 2 other bedrooms with shared bathroom, and 2 large living rooms. In the garden we have a large terraca, summer kitchen and BBQ zone. In the kitchens we have all the neccesaryy stuff such as plates, pots etc. Cleanliness and high comfort are guaranteed.

A well-lit sleeping area features a spacious bed accompanied by a sofa bed, with natural light filtering through large windows covered by sheer curtains. A modern kitchen area includes essential appliances. The common area is highlighted by glossy tiles and large glass windows reflecting the exterior.
