It is rather unusual, but nice and cozy place great for short-term stay. Vahram was very nice and he and his wife left a fruit platter for me which was very pleasant to have after a long trip. This place is very good especially for this price

We stayed in Michael’s apartment for a little over two months, and during this time, we encountered minimal issues, which were rare. For short-term stays, future guests are unlikely to face any problems. The main drawback we encountered was the weak water pressure in the shower. However, once we informed the host, Michael, he promptly arranged for a new high-quality pump to be installed the next day. While this didn’t fully resolve the issue, Michael’s responsiveness was impressive. He was always quick to respond, even late at night or early in the morning, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is well-equipped with a wide range of household appliances, making it suitable for long-term stays. The neighborhood is pleasant, but not touristy, with all essential amenities nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and hair salons. It’s also convenient to get to the city center, with affordable taxi options in Yerevan. Overall, the apartment is spacious, cozy, and bright. Strong 5/5

This place was impeccable! The host, Gurgen was super responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, luxurious and safe. Bathrooms were clean with lots of toiletries. Kitchen had everything one needs for a nice getaway. I would highly recommend it for families who would like to spend quality time together.

Autumn is a beautiful house , spacious and stylish , there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay . Everything was sparkling clean by the time we arrived . Very welcoming and welcoming host , responded quickly to all our requests and even gave us a bottle of great wine . We are very happy to have had memorable days with the whole family at this wonderful place . We warmly recommend it . We will definitely go back again )

Nice house with a beautiful view, host Arshak was very responsive and helpful if there were any difficulties around the house. There are shops and public transport in 10-15 minutes walking distance.

We had a great stay at this cosy place in the middle of the forest. It was quiet and surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our time there!

It was a very short stay (half day, half night), and I like it a lot: very friendly, very flexible, good price, nice view, and a great place to stay: clean, modern, I like the design of the room, large window with a great view, big bathroom, everything was good. A very nice apartment, great location . But it's not for someone who is poor on foot, a lot of stairs. Very quiet location , nevertheless very central and a very kind and friendly hostess, we are even allowed to check in in the morning at 6:00 am, thank you again for that.

Self check-in is very convenient and easy to understand. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Hovanes, is a very kind and responsible man who will advise and help you with everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend.

Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. The apartment was just wonderful. We came as a big family — nine people in total: four adults and five children. Everyone settled in very well, the rooms were clean, modern and fresh. Two bedrooms have magnificent views of Mount Ararat. My grandmother and aunt were simply delighted to wake up to such a view from the window. There is a large terrace where you can sit, barbecue and eat together. A large table is available. Everyone loved this stay. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, dishes, cutlery. Television also offers many features: Netflix, Okko and other platforms for watching movies in multiple languages. The location of the apartment is just perfect — a three-minute walk to one of the city's main attractions: the Cascades. Thank you so much! We are very, very satisfied.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Nice, big apartment right in the center of Yerevan. Very easy to check in when you first get there, and Michael was always available whenever we needed anything. Would recommend a place to anyone thinking of a stay in Armenia!
