Tres bel appartement situé au 5e et dernier étage dans une résidence super équipée avec grande piscine toujours propre, salle de sport avec table de Ping Ping et salle de jeux de société. L’appartement est situé dans un très beau quartier résidentiel avec 2 markets a 2 minutes à pieds. L’accès a Cascade est a 10 minutes a pieds. L’appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. Le salon donne sur le balcon avec vue sur le Mont Ararat. Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse extrême et très réactifs. A louer sans hésitation. Nara et Florian.

Great location across from beautiful park and great communication from Artak

This is a wonderful place! I wish I could live here. The swimming pool and gym are open every day (except Thursday for cleaning), and every Tuesday and Friday we can go to the Sauna or Hammam. We loved it so much that our 1-week stay became a 3-week stay! The location is great. The flat itself is very good, it contains everything you need, and it feels good to live in. There is a great view over Yerevan, the parliament and Ararat. I really want to come back here when we return to Yerevan!

Прекрасное место, в центре Еревана, комфортная и уютная квартира. Удобная кровать, диван, можно организовать рабочее место, достаточно места для хранения. Хозяин квартиры очень помогает, если есть какие-то вопросы или чего-то не хватает.

Хорошая квартира, очень удобно расположена. 1 минута пешком до площади Республики и 3 минуты пешком до Северного проспекта. Вокруг множество ресторанов и кафе. Продуктовый магазин прямо в доме. В квартире есть в принципе все, что нужно. Некоторые мелочи просили у владельца, нам без проблем предоставили. Единственный момент - так как квартира в центре и вокруг много заведений, то по вечерам может быть очень шумно из за музыки.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, in dem ich zwei Wochen lang gelebt habe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich in Zukunft wieder ein Haus mieten möchte, würde ich definitiv wieder hierher kommen.

The most important thing you should know about this apartment is that it actually has a private bathroom, not a shared one! The second is that this lot is great overall. Despite it is a hostel, we were provided such hotel items as robes and slippers, and the room even had floor heating (which we've mixed up with a/c — do not repeat our mistake). There is also a terrace where you can chill with drinks and food from a restaurant downstairs — which I also recommend to visit, they serve delicious food and have explicit Italian vibe! Last but not least, Arthur is a great host, caring and attentive. Our stay was 10/10, looking forward for coming back.

Gagik was an incredible host from start to finish. He was always simply a call or text away and would message me how his guests are doing, if they need anything extra, a second set of keys, etc. He was an incredible host to my extended family. His house (more like mansion) is absolutely stunning & has insane amenities (tennis court, huge indoor pool, sauna room, steam room, jacuzzi, etc). My family loved coming back to the house and relaxing after a hot day in Yerevan. Thank you so much for making their first visit to Armenia so lovely and memorable.

First of all, I need to tell how amazing people Anush and Maxim are. They are helping with everything you need, they like to meet new people but they provide your private space as well. Anush is really helpful and nice woman. Her english knoledge is a big plus and his husband, Maxim is an adorable man as well. Can’t describe how kind he was with us during our stay Their place is also amazing. The view from the balcony is better than from Garni Temple, you have billiard and table tennis for free of charge and you can have some fruit from their huge garden too. Peaceful, clean, private Perfect stay! Don’t hesitate to book! Thank you so much for your kindnes Anush and Maxim❤️

Dit huis was een oase in Erevan. Alles netjes en schoon, zeer ruime kamers, en bovenal een heerlijk zwembad! Erg leuk, in een mooie, groene tuin met fruitbomen en een grote tafel met bankjes en een buitenkeuken. Het was erg heet tijdens ons verblijf, maar zeker door het zwembad hebben we een hele fijne tijd gehad!

This was a large family gathering flying in from around the world. Ilona's place was perfect for all age groups, ensuring everyone felt right at home from the kids to the octogenarians. Positive vibes at the location, with the house's own apricot, apple, plum, cherry, grapes and walnut orchard (!!) keeping the kids engaged and elders able to relax. The neighbourhood is a cul-de-sac and is a calm community of villas where we felt safe having the kids play unattended. The location of the house oversees Yerevan's surrounding plains and offers a prime, unobstructed and majestic view of Mount Ararat, the tallest mountain in Europe, and what's believed to be the final resting place of Noah's Ark. The house is minutes drive away from grocery stores and restaurants in the Yerevan city centre. While the house provided great amenities and location, enough can't be said of Ilona's kindness ensuring we were comfortable, and had everything we needed. We'll be back next year for another month's stay

This house everything you need for a a most comfortable extended stay. Excellent amenities, very clean and tidy, and it couldn't offer a better location to access any place in Yerevan. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare anything you'd crave, and there's a barbecue grill in the garden, fully operational for outdoor cooking. A special thank you for a fascinating library and the fitness room. Would definitely come back again!
