The place is spacious and very well equipped - perfect for a stay with children. Location is vert nice too: Yerevan centre is 15 mins walk, the subway is 5 mins walk. The host - Ara - responds within minutes and everything just works. Thank you Ara - we had a great time at your place!

This is a small and nice studio apartment. Very clean and quite. Has a beautiful view from the balcony. Though it is a street view, the gigantic trees make in front of the building make you feel like you're in the forest 🌲❤️ Armine was very kind and responsive 🌻

I had the best stay it felt like I was staying at a luxury five star hotel not an apartment. The accommodation was lovely , beautiful and spotless. Amenities were all catered for, it had a very comfy bed and a smart TV. It’s about a ten minute walk to the cascade complex and the shop under the apartment was very handy. Saro was very welcoming and friendly and always communicated well. Thank you for a fantastic stay

Everything was amazing, especially considering the price. The place was clean, and I was given clear instructions on how to get there. However, it was insanely hot inside, and there was no microwave. But rather than that, this place completely met all my expectations.

Excellent and clean apartments a few steps from the city center. There is everything you need for both short and long stays. The check-in, check-out and communication with the owners were top notch. Would be happy to stay there again!

Останавливались в этой трёхкомнатной квартире во время поездки в Армению — всё очень понравилось! Квартира просторная, светлая и уютная, полностью соответствует фотографиям. Очень чисто, приятная атмосфера, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания — от посуды до постельного белья. Расположение удобное: рядом магазины, кафе и достопримечательности. Хозяева приветливые и всегда на связи, заселение прошло быстро и без проблем. Остались только положительные впечатления — рекомендуем!

Stunning apartment at the very heart of Yerevan city! Absolutely beautiful and very clean- would definitely stay again ❤️

Апартаменты находятся в новом комплексе, в котором есть кофейня, сауна и бассейн. Во дворе есть парковочные места для авто. Сама локация находится в тихом и умиротворенном месте. До канатной дороги примерно 7 мин на машине, до центра города с кафе - 5 мин на машине и 20 пешком. Заселение бесконтактное, ключ находится прямо рядом с дверью в сейфе. Сама квартира небольшая, но уютная, есть кухня с чайником, микроволновкой и плитой. В ванной есть стиральная машина (но порошок нужно купить самостоятельно). Полотенца и белье чистые, есть WiFi и в квартире было тепло. На 1 этаже есть бассейн и сауна, стоимость всего 5.000 AMD на весь день с человека. Лендлорд очень вежливая и обходительная. Мы с девушкой остались довольны пребыванием в этом месте.

Замечательная квартира! Сочетает расположение в самом центре с уютным и стильным интерьером, нам понравилось здесь жить. Отдельный плюс — балкон, на котором приятно позавтракать в солнечный день. Артур был очень гостеприимным: оставил подробные инструкции перед заселением, а если возникали вопросы в процессе проживания, быстро отвечал и помогал. Будем рады вернуться сюда в будущих поездках в Ереван! Спасибо :)

Мы замечательно провели время в квартире Кристины. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, очень светлая и уютная. Отличная терраса, с которой можно смотреть на город. Довольно шумно, если открыть двери на террасу. В спальне шум не мешает, там тихо. Огромный телевизор для просмотра фильмов. В доме есть небольшой магазин с продуктами и овощная/фруктовая лавка. Рядом кафе-столовая с хорошей едой и выпечкой.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Un très bon séjour dans un appartement très confortable et très propre, situé dans un quartier animé de Yerevan, mais donnant sur une cour très calme ! Le propriétaire a été de bon conseil et très réactif (dès notre arrivée à l'aéroport!), et il est venu nous accueillir sur place. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again. We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, especially during check-in — they made everything easy and welcoming. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
