We had a lovely stay at Christine's place. It was peaceful and serene, and just what we needed in a romantic weekend getaway. Christine is a great host, very friendly and open to communication.

We had a wonderful weekend away at Wrinkly Tin Cottage my family. Peta was friendly and responsive, leaving nothing to question as far as directions and checking in goes. I was surprised by so many special touches; from fresh milk and eggs, to flowers for my birthday! The cottage was private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature; perfect for unwinding and reconnecting. At the same time, it was just a short drive from many of the Midlands’ best attractions, giving us the best of both worlds. A lovely blend of tranquillity and convenience; we’d gladly return.

We had a fantastic stay. Lovely home, even though the weather was cold we were warm by the fire.

Such a beautiful house that more than comfortably accomodated our group - everything you need is catered for. Stunning location and a special mention that the fire was lit when arrived on a chilly evening made us feel very welcome.

We loved our stay at Hum Lilly - even allowed to bring our little pooch which was an added bonus. Very private setting. Road is a bit of a challenge when it rains but doable (we have sedans and it was fine, just very muddy). The place has a lovely feel to it. It's basic in terms of supplies as it's self catering so make sure you bring things, as it's not like you can just pop to the shops if you run out (like we did!). We wouldn't hesitate to book there again. Loved the fire place in the lounge, the beds were SUPER comfy and all in all, I would recommend it. Certainly worth staying at :)

We absolutely loved our weekend at Owl’s Nook - the dogs also thoroughly enjoyed it and Deeks was an outstanding host. We will definitely be back, already planning the next trip - either back to Owls Nook or Fish Eagles Lair. Amazing spot, well done! Thanks for sharing it with us and letting us enjoy it too

The cottage and farm is exactly as described and has everything you need and more. We had a lovely stay, it was peaceful, private, beautiful and absolutely great for our dogs. Highly recommended!

Great stay on a lovely farm. Great setting, and a very comfy and cozy cottage.

Just loved staying at the cottage. Wonderful to be in the countryside with the kids and to make such special memories. Cottage is full of heritage with small touches that make such a difference. Lots of warm blankets and electric blankets for the beds for those cold winter evenings. Such a treat to be able to have an indoor fire too

Wish we were staying longer so that we could have enjoyed the accommodation more. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly want or need without being cluttered. Beds were super comfortable and linen was fresh. Close enough to quickly go to get a coffee at Terberdore or a pizza at Midlands Fable Taproom and perfectly central to get to the many attractions in the area. We would definitely love to book this accommodation again, hopefully for a longer stay.

We stayed at Cindy's place for a wedding in the area. Cindy and family are extremely friendly and welcoming. The accomodation is very close to The Secret Garden Wedding venue. The farm is safe, secure and private. It truly feels like a home away from home. The patio in particular is absolutely beautiful. You will want to spend many hours taking in the cool air with your morning coffee or afternoon sundowners. We wish we had more time to spend relaxing on the farm before the weekend was over. Be sure to check out the farmstall for some good food and drinks.

The farm is easy to find, roads are good and accessible. The farm is quiet and beautiful and the cows grazing gives it a sense of peace. The house is beautiful, just as indicted in the pictures, if not better. We really enjoyed our stay and the lack of wifi provides for stay that is intentional, especially when travelling as a group. One criticism is that the fridge is not cold enough and in summer may be an issue to keep food cool. Six guests sharing one bathroom may be stretch for some, We were three so it was fine for us. Overall an excellent place and location.

After comrades 2025 Downrun, what else do you need after such a gruelling day. Wow. This place is a gem. Right on top of a hill, peaceful and waking up to birds singing and trees .. What a gem location. 360 degree view of the entire farmland just 20 minutes drive out of PMB town. Fully equipped kitchen with goodies like fresh home baked bread, Milk, eggs and fruit basket.. wow. Value for money. For such tranquility and peace of mind, I enjoyed the place. Such supporting hosts and going extra mile to make sure we are transported to the Race and picked us Up . Wow. Gogo Sandra and Mkhulu makes the place a home away from home.
