This beautiful home is situated on a ridge with breathtaking 360* views of the Drakensberg Mountains and rolling hills of the midlands; a short distance from the N3, but set back from the road so it is peaceful and quiet. We are just 2km from some of the best MTB and running trails in the country, and perfectly located for the abundance of great restaurants, coffee shops and activities in the area for both adults and children. An ideal spot to retreat with family and friends, or get active.

A charming , spacious, house in the secure Gowrie Village in Nottingham Rd. Cosy in winter with a wood burner in the lounge and another in the kitchen. It overlooks a field, is peaceful and quiet and yet close to the coffee shops and eating places. A home away from home we offer comfort. (It is not a modern build, as it is one of the first houses built in Gowrie Village) Kindly note, there are 2 outdoor cats on the property that are only around for food. They won't bother guests Enjoy!

Cedarwood has a spacious verandah with BBQ facilities, guests have use of the pool, tennis court & a small dam for fishing. The kitchen has a toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, air fryer and 4 place gas stove with electric oven. The property is off grid with solar power and a backup generator and borehole water.
