Situated in the perfect location just moments from the beach this hidden oasis is surrounded by local cafes', restaurants, boutiques and bakeries; and is a short stroll into central Brighton. Our unique detached little home in Brighton is only a 20 minute walk from the famous North Laines shopping district. We’re nestled very snugly, and conveniently, between two excellent pubs! Brighton is a unique, vibrant place to visit, with its colourful and creative charm. We are proud of our city and it’s diversity. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, you will find public transport easy to navigate, with regular buses and three train stations, all within easy walking distance.

Fabulous sunny, social space & garden where you can all chat, cook, drink, chill together. Next to Richardson Rd where you find cafes, butcher, beauty salon, newsagent, general shop…a buzzy community hidden gem. Beach, tennis, padel, skate park & Hove lagoon with its water sports centre, playground, shops & pubs etc 5 minutes walk. City centre is just a 15 min bus ride or 10 min by taxi. The house is super quiet to get a great nights sleep & escape the hubbub of Brighton and a great base.
