The Tree House Is an Idyllic Family Getaway Nestled in the Valley Behind Table Mountain.

The Tree house offers so much enjoyment for the entire family. Wake up to breath taking mountain views, the sound of bird song and watch squirrels play in the trees. Start your day by enjoying a cup of Espresso and let us take care of your laundry to maximise your play time. The Tree House is child friendly with a big play area for the kids so that parents can sit back and relax on the swing bench, enjoy the Jacuzzi or go out on an adventure in the area! The Treehouse is located in the heart of the Constantia wine route and surrounded by kid friendly restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute ride and closest shop only 1.7 km from the house. There is a young family with kids (6&7 years old) living in the main house upstairs, but the large exclusive and private guesthouse , garden and Jacuzzi downstairs is for your private use!#kidsparadise The Tree House is a large double story wooden home nested in the trees (500 square meters for entire house and 1500 square meters for the property). The bottom floor is operating as a separate house or a guest house and is exclusively rented out for guests. This is your private space. The space includes your own fully equipped kitchen. With the guests private balcony they can enjoy dinner amongst the trees and pop outside to gaze at the stars with each room’s private entrance. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with full view of the mountains and garden with block out curtains to sleep in late or open them up to the sun making it's way over the mountain and lighting up the forestry garden. The second bedroom is large and has 2 beds that can be substituted for a king size bed. The bathroom has a big shower and a heated towel rail. The open plan lounge is large with a dining table and kitchen area that opens up onto a balcony and garden. The large glass doors may be pulled fully to the one side, a perfect place to kick back and relax. A Snooza is also available on request that can accommodate another person. The Snooza can be used as a chair during the day and open up to a single bed at night. That way we can accommodate 5 people. Please note that there will be a charge of R499 per person after 4 guests. Please note we are living on the top floor but you have your own suite downstairs that is completely separate and private The cleaning fee includes the use of the washing machine and we will hang and dry the clothes, but ironing is an extra charge or make use of the iron in your suite. *We have a VW Polo for hire exclusively for Airbnb guests. Please let me know if you need a car and we can arrange that. Baby seat also available. *There is also a wheelchair and the space wheelchair friendly When submitting an inquiry, please tell us a little about yourself and your interest in the treehouse. Also let us know that you have read the full description and understand the house rules and feel comfortable staying in the treehouse. • Please keep in mind that the treehouse is meant to be a place of tranquility and peace. We don't mind a good laugh and the sound of kids just being kids but no parties. Prior to arrival, we must obtain the first and last names of each guest please. No additional guests or visitors are allowed without permision. • Guests will receive a house manual with a full list of property details, rules and local recommendations on arrival.PLEASE LET US KNOW THE DAY BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION WHAT TIME YOU'LL BE ARRIVING.... ** please note that Cape Town is experience a massive drought period. Within law we are not allowed to fill the jacuzzi /splash pool. We have however river rights and we fill the jacuzzi with beautiful mountain water full of feinbos tenants recognizable by the darker water. It is perfectly fine to lounge in though! It’s like lying in a heated forest pool. We do charge R199 per day to warm the jacuzzi up and keep it heated up cost us R200 per day. Should you want to make use of the jacuzzi let us know so that we can heat it up 9 hours before your arrival. A daily fee of R199 per day will be added to your stay should you wish to have the jacuzzi turned on every day. Please note that you can you the jacuzzi as is for NO extra charge, it’s just to heat the jacuzzi that will cost R200. We find that one can heat up the jacuzzi and it keeps warm for several days so no need to keep the heaters on all day every day. But that is entirely up to each family how hot they want the jacuzzi. Guests have their own private entrance. Each room has its own entrance and balcony. Guests can make use of our garage for parking as well as ample parking next to the rooms. Please read directions carefully or make use of the exact location on the Airbnb map. Thanks! We live in the house upstairs so I am able to assist with any request We are next to Hout Bay main road, bordering public transport. There is a hop on hop/off bus stop only 1.7 kn away. We are close to some of the best restaurants and vineyards in Cape Town. Please look at my guide book for tips of best places to visit We have a VW Polo for hire exclusively for Airbnb guests. Please let me know if you need a car and we can arrange that. My city bus routes link up in Hout Bay making touring this city very easy. The big red busses come right past our house making it accessible and a wonderful way to sight see the city from a rooftop bus. Uber can also be arranged easily. Breakfast or a traditional South African braai can be organized on request. Please be aware that GPS does not allocate our house correctly, please read directions carefully. Start the day with a energizing coffee in the quiet courtyard before a short stroll to beautiful Camps Bay. After a day of adventure and a trip on the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, unwind in serene surroundings and admire Africa-inspired artwork. The space is within my home but is private and has its own entrance and off street parking. It is a spacious bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a large luxury bathroom (including shower and bath), and a coffee station with a fridge. Outside is a small, private courtyard with table and chairs. Although there is not a view from the bedroom, it is only a 30 second walk to the beachfront. Satellite TV and Wifi included. Private entrance with parking inside secure complex. Flexible to clients needs The house is less than 100m from the Camps Bay beachfront, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. It's also close to the CBD and other popular attractions, such as the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, V&A Waterfront, and Lion's Head. MyCiti bus stops allow easy access to the rest of Cape Town, one of which is located just 100m down the road.
