We have a ski waxing station in the garage, including a table, vise, waxing iron, scrapers and brush) so you can wax your skis. Just bring your preferred wax. Lastly, three sets of Tubbs snowshoes come with the home. Enjoy winter right from your backyard in a home away from home.

High Rock Cabin- 200 ft to trail 17! Close to town

Welcome to our “High Rock Cabin”. This centrally located tiny house is right by the trails. Set in the woods, but only a couple miles from Hancock/Houghton! One main floor bedroom with queen bed, and a loft with two full beds. Please be aware that there is a spiral staircase to access the loft. No smoking in cabin. Will be a $250 fee if smoking is detected. Also, pets must be approved by owners. Will entail an additional pet fee. There is plenty of parking, enough room for a trailer!

This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located next to chutes and ladders located on portage canal next to Houghton beach, Chutes & Ladders, and Houghton public docks. Home is a short walk to Michigan Tech and historic downtown. There are two kayaks and 2 bikes available for you to use and explore the canal or downtown. We love dogs and do welcome them but do charge extra. Please send me any questions. Auto booking opens 1 year in advance. please do not send a request earlier.
