Our barn offers on two levels (125 m2) a large living and cooking area, a comfy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest lavatory. Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. The house is located at the end of a dead end road, at the back the Bevergerner Aa flows about 30 m away. The apartment is on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs, no garden. An entrance to the Herrmannsweg is 1.5 km away. Very nice to walk around or to take a round with his dog. From here, the old town with its half-timbered houses, restaurants, pubs, playgrounds and the ice cream parlor can be reached in about 10 minutes.

The house is made of wood, 130 m², with a fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. There is a garden sauna, by the house, where 3 people can lie. There is a fire bowl in front of the sauna. Cost: 10 euros per hour for the sauna. Please register the sauna use as I have to give a short briefing. It can be grilled, a barbecue is ready.
