The appartment is located in the historical Katharinenviertel in the center of Osnabrück. The Gründerzeithaus dates from the 19th century. Old Town, shopping area, Stadthalle, University, Gastronomy are within walking distance. The accommodation consists of bedroom, 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Close to the city center (4 km), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into an open field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, 2-burner ceramic stovetop, cabinets). Double bed (2 m x 1.60 m). The studio has air conditioning. For a toddler we have a baby crib. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). We pay a lot of attention to the environment: solar power, ProWindgas (green hydrogen), waste separation...
