Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Large beautiful canal front home with floating dock. 5 minute boat ride to the Suwannee river and 15 minutes to the gulf. Over 1700 sqft of living space with 3 bedrooms all with King Size Beds. Large living room with multiple sofas. Spacious fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful canal views from your dual upstairs and downstairs patios. Ample parking in front of the house for at least 4 cars, can also accommodate boat trailers. Washer and Dryer on first floor. FYI there are stairs to climb.

The house is elevated which creates a separate covered outdoor area with custom bar, hammocks, and a full second bathroom. Perfect cozy space for a couples retreat! Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the historic Suwannee River. Get away from it all. Easy access to Fanning Springs (1.5 miles up river) and Manatee Springs (7 miles down river). Bring a boat, or two 2-person kayaks available for use. Great views from the deck and dock that overhangs the river. Very peaceful. Please note this is a rural area, it's wooded and can be dark. Get unplugged for a few days and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Suwannee River.
