Nice and tidy house

Great, relaxed little place just 5 mins walk from the beach and across the road from the delicious baked delights of the local 4 square. Comfy beds, very well stocked kitchen and a huge fenced back yard. We'd definitely go back!

Great hosts. Easy to have a conversation with and excellent communication. Very comfortable bed in a good sized bedroom. Great location. We walked to the beach for a swim each day. We are not “pet people” but the dog and cat are really easy to get along with. The cat was very friendly.

Mark, We all raved about your bach and had a fabulous time. We hired both big and small bach and accommodated all ages from 4 adults, 3 adult kids, 3 teenagers plus 1 dog It was hot and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend and it had everything we needed.

Warm cozy tastefully decorated house with plenty of heating options. Super comfortable beds in good sized bedrooms. Full kitchen with great coffee maker and pantry. Local walkable shops have a good vibe with several dinner options, cafes and gift options. Worth checking out and can thoroughly recommend a stay at John's place.

Our family and our dog stayed here for a second time and it was perfect for us all once again. Cute, clean, comfy beds, good outside space, jigsaws and games. Great for a family stay. Thank you.

This was a fab place and we ended up staying an extra night. Barbara was so helpful, Sams mum and we loved the extra mile she went for us. Great stay, we will be back again, with our friends. We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The place was warm and cosy, with lots to do and space to spread out. Sarah was lovely to deal with - clear communication and instructions.

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

Right from the start we had good communications and a friendly welcome. Beautiful position and views and quiet and tranquil. Was a restful and peaceful 4 days. We were welcomed by Donna as we drove up to the house and she walked us to our rooms and explained everything to us showing us around the flat. There was fresh milk in the fridge along with chocolates and fruit from the garden. Dean was friendly and helpful, and we had several long conversations over the weekend about the property and the Kapiti Coast in general. The purpose of our stay was to relax but also visit the area with a view to moving to the Kapiti area, all our expectations were fulfilled, friendly people, lovely beaches and scenery and great weather. We had a great stay at Nicole's cottage -- lovely and peaceful, and a great place to chill out. Natasha really enjoyed feeding the sheep, and the dogs were always keen for pats! Greytown is only a short drive away, and very easy to access.

Great large property, with new house. Perfect property for dogs to run around and made the most of the outdoor fireplace.

The place is totally beautiful and suitable for a nice getaway from a busy city life. It’s peaceful and plenty of outdoor chilling area. The interior is tastefully decorated with personal touches. And Dale is so lovely to communicate throughout and understanding of our sudden change of situation. It’s hard to find such lovely hosts in Airbnb sometimes, so we are lucky to have met her!

Very homely place to stay with beach access really close so you can stroll to the beach within 5minutes. Place is set up to make you feel comfortable and at home. We loved that. Everything you need plus a lovely outdoor private area at the back. Catches the sunshine in the morning so was nice during May/June to sit for morning coffee. The indoor shower is a bit of a wild experience. Once we got the hang of it we were set. But not enough of a problem to put us off staying there again. We had a dog and it’s very dog friendly which we really appreciated.

This is the quintessential Kiwi bach with a bonus trampoline for the kids and a volleyball net for everyone! We enjoyed the generous outside living space, and there is a covered outside deck for our family dog to stay. The home had everything we needed, was very clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. Great location, only a 2-minute drive to the beach, and to the forest for walking and biking tracks. Supermarket is about an 8-minute drive into Foxton.

A really beautiful location, with an absolutely stunning beach a mere 10 minute walk from the house. We had a great time, the house was super clean and had great amenities -all contributing to a wonderful stay. All instructions about the house were clear and easy to follow. Thanks!

This is an awesome Airbnb. The pictures on the add do not do it justice. Lovely rural, peaceful setting. The house is super cosy but feels big at the same time. It has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and everything is modern throughout. The outdoor space is great and it was an extra bonus to be allowed take our dogs. They loved running around the sage fenced garden.
