The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the forest and river valley. There is a room with a double bed, kitchen, private bathroom and a cozy living room with a workspace and internet access. Access to the garden in the woods and the possibility of walking in the forest. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus service to the center of Aarhus. No access for pets.

Make some memories in this unique and family-friendly home. Lovely decorated guest annex, 65 sqm. with lots of soul and charm. Private terrace , as well as large lovely garden with pavilion where it is possible to sleep under the open sky. In the annex there is a double bed 160 cm. As well as an alcove with 1 bed 140 cm. the annex is a large room with a nice bathroom with shower and washing machine. It's decorated in cozy French country style. There is a kitchen with combi oven, fridge,hot plates, electric kettle.

In the countryside, close to everything. Here you can relax and unwind. The home is set up in the east length of a farm. The old barn has been recently renovated, the exposed beams and broken windows show the history of the house. Walking distance to Feldballe and the eco village of Friland. You can hike towards Mol's mountains or quickly be in Ebeltoft, the beach, Djurs Summerland or Ree Park by car. The home is ideal for 2-4 people, but extra sleeping arrangements can be made in the loft. There is NO TV or WiFi.

Lejligheden egner sig til 1-2 gæster. Sovesværelse/stue er i et, køkkenet er fuld udstyret m. opvaskemaskine, & badeværelset har alle nødvendigheder. Der er ingen TV, men adgang til internet.

En livlig landsby med dagligvarebutik, skole og sportshal. 10 min fra E45, 30 min til Århus centrum, 15 min til Randers. 30 min til Mols Bjerge. Lejligheden er indrettet i den ene ende af vores landhus. Da vores vaskemaskine er i lejligheden, vil vi efter aftale med dig benytte den.
