The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

We offer accommodation in villas right on the shores of Lake Lipno. The houses are luxuriously equipped, each has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, 2 bathrooms with toilets, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa, a fireplace and a veranda with a grill and outdoor furniture. The Hobbit House is located 50 meters from the Lipno Dam. You can look forward to a newly equipped, cozy cottage with the possibility of outdoor seating and barbecue. There are four other cottages in the building. The wooden house offers comfortable and unique accommodation for two adults (double bed) and one child or person up to 160 cm (upper bed) The cottage is equipped with a kitchen including a stove, kettle, dishes, toilet with shower and terrace with barbecue.
