A beautiful cottage, which is our dream come true, that we are happy to share with you. The cottage, built in 1919, has undergone a complete extensive renovation (2023), which has made the building an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a pleasant, even family and comfortable environment from which you will not want to return home, just like us and our family. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

The cottages surrounded by nature were planned in accordance with the Tiny House idea - a small but very functional space - conducive to closeness. Each cottage has a panoramic window overlooking the mountains instead of a TV, and outside there are 2 terraces and a jacuzzi - from where you can admire the landscapes, sunsets and stars.

Luxurious, very comfortable and spacious, fully equipped 3-room apartment. It is located on the first above-ground floor of the Ski&Bike barrier-free building and its area is 110m2. There are two bedrooms. There is also a bathroom, a toilet and a living room with a kitchen. The apartment also includes a heated ski box. The place is suitable for all ages, families with children and pets. There is a barbecue area. Parking space under the patio - open garage. Since we appreciate every visit, we have a welcome gift for every guest when they arrive.

There is also a dry toilet, which is not heated. Upstairs is a spacious room with a double bed and balcony access. Ski slopes, cross-country trails, and cycling paths are nearby. Pets welcome.
