Somewhere in a meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house with three independent apartments. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment is fully equipped, including an elevator. The living room and bedroom have a TV and free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. The cottage, built in 1919, has undergone a complete extensive renovation (2023), which has made the building an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a pleasant, even family and comfortable environment from which you will not want to return home, just like us and our family. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

Luxurious, very comfortable and spacious, fully equipped 3-room apartment. It is located on the first above-ground floor of the Ski&Bike barrier-free building and its area is 110m2. There are two bedrooms. There is also a bathroom, a toilet and a living room with a kitchen. The apartment also includes a heated ski box. Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.
