"Lilly Fein" is lovingly decorated, has a new and fully equipped kitchen and has a storage oven with a viewing window for romantic hours.

The cozy apartment in the traditional Tyrolean style is on the first floor of our apartment building and comprises a spacious 65 m². In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with seating area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in Tyrolean farmhouses), a bathroom, separate toilet, a small terrace with direct access to the fenced garden

Greetings and a warm welcome! The Bergwelt guesthouse welcomes you in the centre of Niederau in the picturesque Wildschönau region in the Kitzbühel Alps. Look forward to new, spacious flats with panoramic mountain views. The Markbachjoch ski area is 400 metres away. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.The completely renovated flats, furnished in traditional Alpine style, all feature a kitchen with a dining area, satellite TV & a seating area.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Accessible Junior Suite

In the Junior Suite Accessible category, you can expect an apartment of over 40 m² for up to four people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality double sofa bed. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy seating area, an accessible bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer as well as a 15 m² terrace with plenty of seating for an outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Apartment for 2-3 people in beautiful Zillertal

I rent the apartments that my grandparents furnished with a lot of love and high quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out themselves, I will continue to do so. The apartment has about 51 m². ! We welcome individuals, several people, as well as families of all ages, genders, and origins!
