On the ground floor is the large living/dining room with a tiled stove, large lounge and dining area. You will also find the large kitchen and one of the two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and urinal. The upper floor accommodates the 4 bedrooms, the second bathroom with shower tub and the guest toilet, as well as the large balcony.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The rustic yet cozy "cottage" has one bedroom, another bedroom is located on the gallery, as well as a room on the lowest floor, ski room, storage room for sports equipment. Covered garages are provided. A terrace with sunbathing area and a magnificent view over all the mountains makes some hearts beat faster.
