We stayed at the house for weekend of birthday celebrations, the house was great and the garden, pool and surroundings were fabulous. The kitchen area was perfect for gatherings and loads of space to unpack. The beds were really comfortable, maybe an option to have a couple of additional twin beds as the majority were all double. The house was spotless and with the weather being perfect we couldn’t have asked for more. Anne was accommodating in all requests and information about the local area. I would highly recommend this property, we had a fabulous weekend.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

Our stay here was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better house and host for celebrating a family members birthday with all the family.

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

We had a lovely stay at Coombeswell Cottage. The descent to the vally is adventurous at first, but you get used to it quickly. It only underlines the charm and countryside feel of the place. Secluded in a valley next to the Devil's Punchbowl, Coombeswell Cottage has it all: peace and quiet, lovely views, walks and hikes nearby, and the charming town of Haslemere a stone's throw away. The house itself is cosy and packed with books, antiques and curiosities. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate after a day's walk. To top it all, the easy train connection to London makes Haslemere ideal for country stays combined with a city trip to Britain's capital. A must-do!

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The games room was a massive hit with the teenagers in the group. Perfect location for exploring the area. Kristin was a perfect host and was on hand to answer any queries if we needed them. Would definitely visit again!

Very nice place. Was really clean and the host was helpful. Had everything we needed and was well worth the money.

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed our stay at Claire’s house. There was plenty of room downstairs for us all to fit comfortably with a nice lounge area, complete with 3 sofas, and a good size dining area. The kitchen was well set up with everything you need to cook your own meals. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds, but you do need to be careful in the top bedroom that you don’t hit your head on the sloping ceiling! Private off street parking is always a bonus. Claire was very helpful and friendly in all correspondence.

I had a wonderful weekend at the secret garden. The annexe is exactly as described and was so comfortable, well stocked and homely, not to mention very dog friendly! I absolutely loved it, and would definitely book again!

Easy check in and out. It’s a lovely house and a great location right next to the train station. Sainsbury’s walkable and the best fish and chips we’ve had in the area just around the corner. Everything you need and biscuits and milk as a welcome. Thank you Sarah.

A fantastic stay at Freya’s place, we were 4 adults, and felt very comfortable with plenty of space. The weather meant we got to use the garden, which is a lovely peaceful spot. Freya gave local recommendations, such as electric car charging and local taxi firms. Freya also helped out by going above and beyond when we requested some items, she brought them to the door. A perfect, seamless stay.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Great property, in a great location for where my team were working. Emma was very helpful and responded quickly when I sent her messages. Would recommend.

We had 4 adults, a 1 yr old and a 2 yr old at this location and it was great for the week we stayed with our family. There was plenty of space, it was clean with a nice open first floor, and the hosts were responsive whenever we had questions. Instructions were clear and helpful. Overall we had a lovely time and recommend this rental. Thank you!

We’ve had a lovely stay at this property in Henley. Perfect location quiet but close to the center of town including a short 4 minute walk to the river front. We got an early check in and the host was really helpful and responsive. The property was super clean with everything we needed for the weekend as a family of 6. We enjoyed a day out on a boat which is one thing you can do if you are staying here for the weekend, along with visit the local pubs and restaurants.

Beautiful property, we felt right at home immediately. Really gorgeous house, so peaceful and in safe surroundings. Absolutely nothing not to love - would definitely book here again. Comfy beds, plenty of fresh towels, cosy lounge, nice big terrace table, just all gorgeous to be honest!!

We have had the most wonderful time, Sarah was a fantastic host and even left home made treats. She gave great restaurant suggestions, every one was delicious and left very clear information on local walks. The accommodation was even better than the photos. Finished to a really high standard with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. It’s is so tranquil and relaxing, we absolutely loved the view across the field of sheep. Honestly me and my husband had the best trip we will definitely be back again.

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

Came here with friends over the bank holiday weekend and had a great time! Spacious and clean living area with two beds and two bathrooms, with lots of natural light and ample parking space (including an electric charging station). Really liked the modern furnishings and appliances (e.g. TV, sound system, induction stove) and the quiet, peaceful surroundings. Two things to point out - 1. Dishwasher wasn't working during our stay, which we only found out after cooking dinner. Thankfully Chelsea was responsive and provided some sponges the morning after even though it was a Sunday. 2. It would help to have some blinds / shades in the bedrooms, especially during summer when the sun rises early. Thank you Chelsea for the great stay and hope to visit again!
