It is my life's dream to live with a small studio by the sea and to welcome people to the guest house in the garden. The typical Zeeland house opens its windows to the outside on a sunny wooden terrace, the sea can be heard here. A cozy sleeping gallery makes the house special, the private sauna can be booked spontaneously!

Situated on the child-friendly Kijkduinpark, with an indoor pool, 600 meters from the beach, 1 km via the dune to the cozy boulevard of Kijkduin, 9 km to the center of The Hague, beautiful cycling routes to Delft, Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland.

Tractor cabin

This basic but nostalgic 2 -person cabin with a view over the polder is a wonderful place to relax. From here you can cycle or walk to, for example, Veere, Domburg or Middelburg. Your private shower, toilet and spacious private kitchen/diner are 30 meters away from the hut. There are several holiday homes on the property. All guests have their own private place. Veerse lake and North Sea 4 km. Bed linnen is included. Pets are not allowed. The home owners live on the same property.

Discover the island of Goeree-Overflakkee from this cozy and recently renovated cottage on the Zeedijk. With spacious garden and special views of sheep. The house can accommodate 5 people (+ baby) but has 2 bedrooms. Therefore perfect for a family with 3 children or 2 couples. The 1st room is on the ground floor where there is a bunk bed (140 + 90 cm) the 2nd bedroom is on the loft and has a double bed. There is room for a camping bed. With more people? In front of your door you will find grazing Highland cattles and Konik horses. The chalet lies behind our Tulip farm and it can accommodate a maximum of 3/4 people. Peace, freedom and every night a beautiful sunset. Due to the enclosed garden, the chalet is also ideal for young families

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
