Very old windmill rebuild as a summer holiday house. Location 45km north of Gothenburg and 7 km from the next grocery. Simple kitchen inside and also outside. Toilet and shower is outside the mill in a separate house. Sunny location, hot tub, sauna with outside shower, sea view. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Roof hight on the first floor is very low about 170 cm. Stairs are steep. Spiders live in the mill. The WIFI works outdoors only. Sauna hottub and open fire inside the mill are by wood.

Fin trädgård och underbar natur precis utanför dörren. Havet med härlig badplats finns på badrocksavstånd. Wifi och internet inkluderat. Några cyklar, en optimistjolle, flytvästar och leksaker finns att låna. Affärer och restauranger finns inom cykel/gångavstånd. Hyr ej ut till gymnasieelever.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. It is hard to get closer to the sea. Peaceful and quiet location with nature reserve all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna are available all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation"; here you can work in peace and quiet with fast Wi-Fi.
