We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Charming cottage with a unique location on an almost car-free island! Large cabin and kitchen in one, toilet and shower, separate bedroom with bunk beds, sleeping loft with two beds and corner sofa in the large cabin. Laundry room with entrance from the gable. Nice sea view from the large cabin! 50 meters from the swimming jetty, private garden with outdoor furniture. The car is parked on the mainland. Guests clean themselves, leave in the same condition as upon arrival. Guests bring sheets and towels, or rent: sheets 150, towel 50, per person.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. Wake up to birds chirping, put on your bathrobe and go down to the lake to take a swim. Have breakfast on the porch and plan a scenic hike. There are plenty of different lakes to walk around or fish in. If it gets too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car or you can take the bus that takes 5 minutes to walk to. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away. A 15 minute walk from the ferry stop and a 5 minute walk from a supermarket and a swim in the sea. Welcome! På styrsö i Göteborgs södra skärgård ligger vår lilla stuga, en enrummare med sovloft, i en lugn och pittoreskt miljö utan bilar och stress. En 15 minuters promenad från färjeläget och en 5 minuters promenad till affär och ett dopp i havet. Välkommen!

Take the ferry (free) to our nice island Hönö, located in Gothenburg's northern archipelago. You can get here from Gothenburg by car (toward Öckerö) or by bus (X6 toward Lilla Varholmen or 290 toward Burö Färjeläge). The ferry docks at Hönö Pinan. Västtrafik runs buses on the island. About 2.5 km from the ferry dock on Hönö is our cottage on the northwestern part of the island, called Hönö Röd.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
