EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

Across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management land. Large covered deck provides stunning views of the water and wildlife with direct access to the Gulf and nature preserve from Pirate Cove community boat ramp down the street (no dock at property). Get on "island time" and enjoy everything this quaint community has to offer. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends.

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
