This unique apartment not only is a one bedroom flat, but it has a nice, quite big kitchen with a breakfast table, a private garden with another table to enjoy some quiet moments or hosting guests. Guests have their own toilet as you have your master en-suite bathroom with a double-bathtub, a separate rainfall shower, toilet, wash machine and dryer. In-between your bedroom and bathroom, there is a dressing room with closets and access to your own storage space, e.g. for your suitcases.

The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. You will stay in a small fine Baroque cottage. The center of Lucerne can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The cottage is ideal for 1-2 people. The small room (15 m²) has all the details to make your stay cozy and pleasant. It has a comfortable sofa bed that you can use as a sofa during the day. You have an outdoor space with table, chairs, armchairs and sun loungers. A fire ring is also available. Behind the house begins a beautiful forest for hiking.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Experience and inhabit paradise

Charming pavilion with double bed (sofa bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, fire up the fireplace, cozy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, a mass storage is also available in the barn, e.g. for families. There is a kitchen available, about 20 m from the cottage. On request, we will provide breakfast for an extra charge of CHF 13 per person, which must be paid in advance as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.

Our beautiful accommodation is combined with an older farm, which is rather remote and surrounded by meadows with views of the beautiful Glarus mountains. In this area, you can enjoy the tranquility. However, there are also an incredible number of sights and things to do in the area. We're here to help you find something suitable. The studio is wheelchair accessible and has no steps.
