Wonderful place with plenty of room to relax and only steps to the beach! Fawn was super helpful and responsive.

We LOVED our stay at One Shell Cove, and hope to be back! You couldn't ask for a more beautiful location or view. The kitchen was so well-appointed that we chose to buy fresh shrimp and grouper and eat outside while listening to the waves crash. The entire condo was spotless, and the king bed was comfortable. We used the beach chairs provided and swam in the perfect Gulf waters. The condo is walking distance from a Circle K and several restaurants. Although it's on a public beach, the area was quiet and peaceful and we were not disturbed. I would highly recommend this condo and its wonderful Host!

Caroline & her husband were super helpful & great with communication. I used all of the amenities (kitchen, laundry, backyard) and all were the perfect addition to feeling right at home. The airbnb is a cozy gem as described. would definitely stay again ☆☆☆☆☆

My husband and I stayed two nights at Serenity of the Manatee. We really enjoyed this beautiful, peaceful, and cozy place that is only 30 to 35 minutes from beaches. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed; however, a small stove will be a great addition for longer stays. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect week at Anna Marie and Leticia’s home. The place is exactly as it’s described and shown in the photos. You can’t beat the location and it’s literally 50 feet to the beach. It was great to use the pool and hot tub after the day at the beach and night swimming. Leticia is a great host and checked in if we needed anything. Can’t wait to rent again!

Very beautiful house within easy walking distance to the beach. It was very clean and the check in and out process was easy. My family and I had a great time. The beaches were beautiful and just a short walk from the house. The pool in the back yard was private and perfect for my family. The decor and landscaping was great! I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect!

Very roomy unit. Location was great for teenagers as they can easily walk and ride bikes to shops and restaurants. Even though it is right in the middle of everything it was very quiet inside. Ted was a great host and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The pool was nice and clean. The back yard is shaded which was really nice after a long day at the beach. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful stay at this special home. Excellent location. Perfectly laid out and well designed home. Really appreciated the separate patio area to the pool area which was very safe with kids. Walk to coffee, restaurants and beach. Quick golf cart ride around the island. 10/10 recommend!

Words can't describe what this place looks and feels like! It is beautiful, comfortable and accessible. If you are looking for a nice place to stay and enjoy the beach and pool all day, this is the spot. It has all the necessary amenities for the trip. They do have beach chairs, cart, umbrella and beach toys. The arrival and check in was no hassle at all, had no need to contact the host, as everything was well taken care of and it had written detailed instructions for further assistance. The BEACH is extremely beautiful.

Minh was an excellent host! She was very responsive (even though we didn’t have questions since she gave a very detailed outline before check in). Minh checked on us made sure no issues checking in/out, gave outline of the island with beach descriptions and restaurant recommendations. Her home was very well taken care of, clean and comfortable. We lacked for nothing and appreciated her hospitality.

We had a wonderful time at Christy's place in AMI. We had been the year prior and wanted to try another location, choosing Holmes Beach. It was walkable to the beach, the house was perfect for our family, great bedrooms, kitchen, family room - home away from home! Christy was extremely responsive as well!

Second time staying at Christy’s bay front home. The views are amazing. I don’t think you’ll find a better view while you take a shower from the master bath! House has everything you need for the beach. The kayaks, and paddle boards are a favorite for our family. The walk to the beach is not that far, and the section of the beach that you access usually isn’t that crowded, which is nice. Definitely recommend staying here.

This condo was perfect for our family. She had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. We really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. The condo was very clean! It was perfectly located on a dead-end street, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Centrally located to restaurants and a Publix within walking distance. Just a short walk to the beach! The pool was one of our favorite amenities. Monika’s place made our first trip to Anna Maria amazing and memorable. Thank you, Monika!

I loved Ashley’s place. This was my first solo trip away from home but Ashley’s place still felt cozy enough to be my home for the few days I was there. It’s so close to Anna Maria island that you are able to enjoy all that the area has to offer but still a distance away so that you can have a bit of quiet at night. The place was spotless and Ashley was great at responding and giving clear and concise instructions. I hope to be back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anita and Randy's place in Holmes Beach, they were both very responsive to any questions and requests. We felt like we were in our home away from home. Our 2 bedroom unit had a northern cottage feel, with an island vibe and a pool added in! The proximity to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants on the island, makes this a perfect vacation spot. In addition I would like to give a shout out of thanks to all those that put AMI back together after last falls hurricanes. I know there is still work to do, but you have done an amazing job to date, in the time you have had! Thanks, Tim Fast

Scott’s place was very nice for a weekend. The location is perfect. The accès to the beach was fast. Scott’s place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures . Very responsive for any questions or help. Recommended

My wife and I spontaneously booked a last-minute getaway at Colin’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The condo was beautiful—just steps from the beach—and the view from the porch was absolutely stunning. We loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were included, which made our three days of relaxing by the ocean even more enjoyable. The location was great, with restaurants just a short drive away. I also took advantage of a well-equipped workout area just down the street, which was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and we made good use of the full-sized fridge during our stay. Colin was incredibly responsive and proactive in his communication, checking in frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly. The resort itself was spotless, and the staff were all warm and welcoming. It was the perfect short escape—we’d definitely come back!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Heidi and her place is the the most organized and best operated Airbnb we stayed at. Starting with communication from the moment we booked to very last detail. The place has everything you will ever need, very clean. Beach is right out of the door, pool is great and plenty of floaties, boogie boards and toys for kids. Heidi ordered new pack n’play for our infant, left drinks in the fridge and first morning surprised us with muffins and juice left at our door. Plenty of recommendations and very friendly communication through out the stay and beyond.
