Monthly Rentals in Hollywood

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda’s lovely condo. The panoramic views were amazing with balconies to enjoy the city sights.The location was excellent with many stores, restaurants and coffee shops close by. It was very close to Hollywood beach, walking parks, shopping malls and horse tracks.Getting into the building was a little tricky at first but once there I was comfortable and secure.Amanda was quick to respond to questions and concerns. There was laundry on the premises which was a must for our long term stay. I would highly recommend.

Really nice, peaceful and clean place to stay. Hosts were really nice and friendly. Free parking at the place. Hollywood beaches are very close. We definitely would repeat it again.

This was one of our favorite stays ! The hosts were very friendly and attentive when we needed something! The place was perfect for a get-away, had all of the things we needed to cook and accessible washer and dryer. It was about 7 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The home was super clean and very new inside. Would recommend this stay to anyone who loves a cute and cozy Airbnb!

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.
