Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Holiday Island

Ben was an amazing host. Went well beyond what he needed to do. All the little details, like extra toothbrushes, band aids, cards, games, music, any kind of dish of appliance you could use! It was just amazing, he even had a birthday cake for my daughter on the table when we checked in! Had fixings for s’mores for the fire pit. It was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Will be returning.

We loved this space! I brought my grandson and two of his cousins (all teens) and the loft was perfect for them. I also brought my dog and he loved the outdoor space where there was a nice little side yard for him to roam around and sniff everything (supervised because its unfenced but still away from any traffic). This little house is somehow very cozy and roomy at the same time. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The beds were super comfy and the large shower was awesome. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. There was no problem with plumbing or A/C, and all appliances were modern and worked as they should (not always the case with these older homes). Finding the place and parking was a breeze as long as you follow Micha's specific instructions, which I appreciated. She was great about providing so much information, and being very responsive. The house was a pleasant walk to downtown, and a great deal considering how nice everything was. Highly recommend!

House was beautiful, and huge! Gorgeous location and we saw lots of wildlife, deer visiting the house daily. Very close to Eureka Springs, Holiday Island grocery store and Dollar General. With 4 old ladies, those things are important to us :-) Kelley was a very engaged hostess and quick to respond. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

My husband and I, along with our two younger children, absolutely loved our stay! Gayla and Steve go above and beyond to make the home welcoming, having absolutely everything you could think of that you might need, and then some. We had a minor issue after arriving, but we quickly received a response after reaching out, and things were resolved in a timely matter. Additionally, they checked in with us a couple of days later to make sure things were still going well. The view from the back deck is beautiful and my kids loved eating every meal either on the deck or from inside the screened-in porch/sunroom. It was the perfect location for us to make day trips to Eureka Springs and Branson, and we loved going back "home" each night to peaceful surroundings after busy days. Having the water so close for the kids to practice fishing and splash around in was a great bonus. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again!

Loved the space and had a ton of fun. Unfortunately it rained the entire stay so we were unable to utilize all the amenities. Biggest complaint was a bit of a long check out process compared to what I have experienced in the past, but overall it was a great time!

We loved our stay. One of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. I slept so well, the space was beautiful. Now I want an old house in Eureka! :)

We were in town for a concert and hiking. The Shack was the perfect location for us, right in the middle for everything we did. The Shack felt like home, it was super clean, and Kurt was so nice! We will definitely stay here again.

This was one of the most beautiful and unique places I’ve ever stayed. The house was truly perfect, private, and beautiful. It had an amazing view of the fields and valleys and we loved seeing the cows. Ron was so responsive and helpful. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay forever!

The thermostat works well but no ceiling fans so if you want air flow bring a fan. Sheets were comfortable. Coffee was included and bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Thank you for everything. We had a wonderful stay and appreciate all the little extras included with our rental. I recommend the host and this place.

This is my second time staying here. It’s perfect. Quiet, clean and near anything you may want/need. Nadine & Byron are great hosts. Responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommendation. Will stay again if I can get it!

Deanna’s place was great! Super fun theme and everything was in working condition. She also went above and beyond with thoughtful stuff. For example, there was a little sewing kit if you have clothing issues. She truly thought of everything. I would stay here again!

It was exactly what we were looking for, right off of downtown, one block from Chelsea's and The Orleans. We parked our car when we got there Wednesday and didn't move it until we left Monday morning. You do have to be okay with stairs though, if it wasn't clear from the pictures. Amenities were perfect for 2. The place holds 4 but only if you're not worried about privacy since it's set up as a studio.

I’ve been fishing the tailwaters since 1999, and just recently decided to see if there was any Air BnB’s nearby. I’ve always had to either leave before sunset, or drive extra early to make it to the water by sunrise. I live in northwest Arkansas, and it was pleasant to be able to drive a few minutes to my favorite fishing spot, and share memories with my two daughters without having to travel the long distances back and forth from our home.

We are sooo happy we picked this place for our long weekend. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded retreat that’s still close to Downton Eureka Springs and so many other must-see spots, then I highly recommend. The hosts are warm and friendly but also respectful of your privacy and space. Amenities are thoughtfully stocked. We really hope to return again when temps are cooler. 100% would recommend!

Check in and check out was a breeze, and Colleen is such a kind host! It’s a bit of walk to some of the places downtown, but not bad at all. We’d stay again!

It is such a great place to stay and visit. It is a relaxing place to get away with friendly people. I cannot say enough things about James and Lisa and their property.

We had a very nice time. The location was great. The condo was absolutely beautiful.

We enjoyed our 4th of July Weekend at Tera's place! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a few quick meals. The kids appreciated the games & thought the Murphy bed was the coolest bed ever. There were so many extras from smores for the fire pit & a basket of toiletries if you happen to forget something! We only used the pool one night, but it was so nice to have access to upon arrival and a non-lake day. The proximity to Big M can't be beat, our boys loved feeding the turtles and they have a restaurant, ice cream, boat ramp & boat rentals. We had an amazing time - thank you Tera for sharing your place.

We had a great stay at The Hub. There was a lot to do nearby and the games indoors were great for the rainy days. Everything was beautifully clean, and Deana was a great host.

Dalton’s place was perfect for our two night getaway from Branson. He was extremely responsive and the place was absolutely perfect. We highly highly recommend this Airbnb.

Keith and Tabitha were wonderful hosts. We had a tiny snafu the one day and they were incredibly prompt and helpful. We were traveling with little kids and their location could not have been more walkable but still safe (enclosed/gated patio) right by downtown. The layout also works well for little ones to be able to stay on the futon, still get to the bathroom, and then to be close to parents/adults while the adults still have some peace and quiet.

What a beautiful spacious home. We had 8 guests and there was ample room and amenities for us to eat, sleep, and lounge around. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the neighborhood again.
