Ideal for friends or small families, this colorful home is centrally located on the island — midway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Whether you’re here to relax on the beach, explore the waterways, or enjoy quality family time, this is the perfect base for your vacation. The public beach access is just minutes away! It was recently rebuilt to be handicap accessible with no steps — making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf.

Beach House with Fabulous Views

Our wonderful beach house at the West End of the island of Holden Beach is available off-season with a 3 night minimum, and on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor day. We can sleep up to 7 with 4 bedrooms, and our home has unbeatable views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marsh and the Ocean. This end of the island is only 2 homes deep, and beach access is just across the street. There is a gate with a code to this end of the island, and vehicular traffic is very low as a result.

Oak Island Oceanfront – Top Floor 2BR Condo

Enjoy a perfect oceanfront family getaway on Oak Island's West Beach. This 2nd level unit of our beach house has separate entrance, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and sleeps six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, full size fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Unpack your bags (using the elevator) & start enjoying your time! 3 Bedrooms - 1 King, 1 Queen, & 2 twin beds. All sheets and towels are provided for you! We also supply beach towels, chairs, toys and a cart to haul it all in. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, a Weber grill, 3 smart TVs, an outdoor shower, a Keurig coffee maker (with k-cups to get you started) and much more!

We have a wide porch overlooking the pool, and a large pool deck to enjoy the back yard. We are kid friendly with games, books, bikes, and plenty more to make your stay enjoyable! *Summer rentals are Saturday-Saturday*

12 Oaks - Comfy well-appointed coastal retreat

12 Oaks is a stylish rental just a 10 min. drive to Holden Beach and a short walk to the intracoastal waterway. We are animal lovers and will allow adult house broken dogs under 20 lbs for an additional fee. Pete is a retired chef and his famous smoked pimento cheese and Ritz crackers await all quests. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.
