Apartment vacation rentals in Holbox

Great stay for the price. Good location to Centro area with all restaurants and beaches walkable. Room was clean, cold AC, and hot water worked. Would 100% stay again next time I’m in Holbox!

The place is under renovation so there are a few things they had before, however I think at the end of this process will be a perfect place as it was before starting jobs

Kelli was an amazing host, and the accommodation was beyond beautiful. it was such a peaceful place to spend a few weeks. I would highly recommend Casa Mar to anyone looking to visit Holbox. skip the resorts and stay at this beautiful bnb. We had everything we needed, from the fruiteria on the next block, to the gourmet restaurant (think 5 stars) right at the corner. We ate like kings! some of pur days were spent at the nearby white sand beaches, while others were spent lazily reading in one of the many hammocks on the property. Our apartment was cleaned regularly, and we were given plenty of water to drink and more fresh towels and linens thanxwe could have needed. Casa Mar lacked nothing!! Go have the best time at this gem of a spot.

They are kind, attentive, friendly, empathetic, we had a tour at the time the room had to be vacated and they offered to leave our bags at the reception and at the end of the tour they let us bathe, (the bathroom is adapted for these circumstances). Once again, THANK YOU for your attention, support and recommendations.

Everything is great. I'd love to come back

The location is very good, the shower has good pressure, hot and cold water without problems, everything is good for a quiet stay. I didn't see any problems with the curtains as I read in another comment... everything seemed fine, maybe the kitchen is missing some things, it's small, I really can't comment on that because I never used it.

We loved it!! A place with a lot of privacy and quiet. The room was really clean and with exquisite decoration. 10 minutes from downtown Holbox and 5 minutes from some restaurants and cafes, and a small local market. Holbox is great and this place, too :)

Leon’s place was amazing! It's spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly quiet, with unparalleled attention to detail. Almost all the wooden furniture is handmade by Leon, making you want to move in forever. The location is perfect—just a block and a half from the beach, with easy access to the island center and beaches on both sides of the island. It's also a 1-minute walk to the market, which made it super convenient to grab some fresh fruit and vegetables for snacking (though the house has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook all your meals there if you’d like). Leon also provided drinkable water, coffee beans (with a coffee grinder and French press), and bug spray for guests to use freely, making it feel like I was staying with a friend rather than at a hotel. I came here to work remotely, and the internet was high-speed, just as promised, and the workstations were well-planned and comfortable. Stay here!

The apartment is great, well insulated so it's never hot, spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of everything in Holbox. The bedding is perfect and all the services are quite high-end. Spirit even arranged for us to leave our suitcases before check-in and after check-out. This is the perfect place to stay in Holbox.

What a wonderful stay! Susanna welcomed us in as if it was her home, brewing coffee and baking cake in the morning, sending us recommendations to her favorite restaurants, and arranging tours with her favorite guides. The room was pristine and thoroughly cleaned each day, and the roof deck was a perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon (in and around the pool). The only thing worth knowing is that you are about a 20 minute walk from town, but you can walk almost entirely on the beach, and it is much quieter than the center. Also, the nearby beach is quieter and (I think) more beautiful than the one closer to the center. I can’t wait to come stay with Susanna again!

Definitely an excellent place. Everything was very clean and the photos match. The location is ideal: you can walk to the beach, and just below there is a restaurant where, as a guest, you get a discount. In addition, there are several restaurants and bars nearby. The overall experience was very good, and I would definitely recommend this place for both short and long stays. As a suggestion, it would be ideal for the bathroom to have a door, as that would provide greater privacy.

The casa was exactly what it was advertised. I really liked it and also it's accessories. The location was peaceful apart from the construction work(which was already notified on the Airbnb listing). But the best part is, Kelly and Jacque were really responsive. Whenever I shared any problems, they promptly tried to help me. My bathroom basin water was giving away a foul stench. When I notified them, they immediately got it checked. Later, they updated me that this is something that needs to be fixed and offered me to move to another similar casa. So, what really matters is that they cared and that is what I really liked about them. I would definitely recommend it.

It was a great weekend!! Really unforgettable!! The location of the house is perfect, the sea as a patio and a few blocks from downtown. The place was clean and tidy, the photos describe the space very well. Communication with Yara and Matthias has been impeccable and they have always responded quickly. Magaly welcomed us very attentively and with a very nice attitude. I'm happy with the experience, everything was perfect! Thank you!!!

Place was clean and beds were nice and comfortable with extra pillows provided. They also provide beach towels which was a plus. Bathroom was a great size. They were also very quick to respond. I’m very happy with our stay.

The perfect spot for relaxation. The rental is very close to the beach and the pool area is lovely. I think it was better than the photos. Really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. There’s plenty to do in Holbox - we enjoyed horse riding, walking dogs from the local animal sanctuary and walking out to punta mosquito. So many delicious places to eat. A very relaxed vibe and as two female travellers, we felt safe at all times. Would highly recommend. Thanks for such a lovely holiday.

A super place to stay at the side of the beach. Very well conditioned and super attentive to the staff. I would definitely repeat again!
