Apartment I impresses with 180 square meters of spaciousness: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a very large and beautiful living room and a protected terrace overlooking the quiet garden allow the most beautiful vacation under a traditional thatched roof. A sauna offers relaxation even in cold weather.

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
