Our 75-square-meter (809-square-foot) apartment is fully equipped for 4 guests. Located right by the sea, on the upper floor of a 100-year-old thatched-roof house, it offers 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a 1970s design. There are no neighbors; on the ground floor, there is the “Klabautermann” restaurant, a sauna (for a fee), and a secluded outdoor area with a beach chair and outdoor furniture. The sound of the sea will lull you to sleep!

Construction trailer Hoppetosse Baltic Sea view

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Baltic Sea vacation home in Sehlendorf

The lovingly furnished terraced house comprises a living area of 98 m² on two floors. Extensive amenities with a high level of comfort await you. The open living area includes a cozy sitting area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The terrace with a southwest orientation is accessible directly from the living-dining area. The ground floor also has a guest toilet and a large laundry room. On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms, a sauna and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Lovingly furnished hideaway directly on the nature reserve with great views in a very quiet location with fireplace and Wi-Fi. Wonderfully grown, the large garden provides plenty of privacy. The cozy living/dining area on the first floor impresses in summer with the large sliding window front that can be opened as well as in winter with the pleasant fireplace. All in all, a very comfortable house for those who want to spend their Baltic Sea vacation in a quiet but still beach location

The Kavalierhaus is located opposite the stables and has a large garden with pavilion, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building has recently been lovingly restored. On the first floor is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, each with a shower room en-suite, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs are 7 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, as well as 4 bathrooms.

Lot of love and time I put in renovating the little house - the result is a small, quiet and bright pearl! The little house is full of beautiful unique features to make your vacation extra special. On the wonderful sofa by Anders Nørgaard you can really enjoy your time with a book or a cup of tea . Our kitchen is tailor-made, as we like to cook ourselves. The apartment is 50 sqm and for 3 people, an ideal place to spend a few nice and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea (6 km). It has a large living room with separate sleeping area with 180 x 200 bed and window to the courtyard as well as a nice kitchen area with seating area and a bathroom with 90 x 90 shower. There is another extra bedroom with a 90 x 200 bed and in the courtyard there is a shed for the bikes.
