Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located close to the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more. Kick back and relax in this calm, rustic space on the edge of Steyrling surrounded by mountains, forest, rivers and lakes. The apartment is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the gas grill to the hand blender, 2 TVs. With sauna, garden, terrace.... The reservoir is 3 minutes away by car. The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). With an inbuilt private infrared sauna privat outdoor swimspa and hot tub, it offers heavenly relaxation for up to five people. Ski resorts Bolfenk and Areh are only a 10-15 min drive away, making our cottage the perfect stay for a winter break. . If visiting in the summer, there is plenty of opportunity for cycling and hiking .

Dwarfs cabin is a wooden cottage located at 1000m above sea level with nice views of Triglav and the rest of Julian Alps. Water comes from a fresh spring, which is shared between four neighbours. Private patio and garden gives you plenty of privacy. You can relax, hike, mountain bike or telework with really fast WiFi. Make a barbecue in the outdoor kitchen. Kids can enjoy a playhouse and a trampoline. There's a fireplace where you can bake marshmallows, hot dogs or bake corn on the fire.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful countryside. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views. My place is great for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.
