In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

A warm welcome to Gengenbach in Kinzigtal, “The romantic pearl” of the Black Forest. Our house is located in a residential area at the edge of town. Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.

Our family-friendly new-build vacation home has a kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen, two bedrooms on the first floor. A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the upper floor is the cozy sleeping and play area for children and another sleeping area. The terrace invites you to linger. The property has a total of 5 smart TVs, Wi-Fi, an internet radio and two free parking spaces right next to the house. The place is fully air-conditioned.

Our small but equipped apartment is located on the outskirts of Oberschopfheim, directly on the vineyards. Whether hikers, craftsmen, nature lovers,…. - we warmly welcome you to our place. The apartment with kitchenette and bathroom is all yours and is lockable. We share the house entrance. You can enjoy the sun all day long on your small terrace. Josef lives in the house together with pot-bellied pig Wilhelm and our cats Indie, Hera and Odin🐷 🐈‍⬛ 🐈

Our apartment (40 square meters) is located in our new building with a separate entrance and offers everything you need for a few relaxing days. Shopping of any kind is within walking distance. Modern apartment (48 square meters) with large balcony. For sleeping, a double bedroom and a new sofa bed in the living room are available. So a total of four people can stay at the apartment. The apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished. For small children, a high chair is of course available.
