The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Here, too, there is a smart TV. The large terrace invites you to linger. A parking place is available.

Bicycles can be parked in a small courtyard or, if necessary, in the cellar. The apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished. For small children, a high chair is of course available.
