Our modern apartment is situated in the small village of St. Georgen which is 10 driving minutes from Zell am See-Kaprun. The comfortable flat disposes of a sleeping room, a living-room with sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with shower/toilet. Free parking and WiFi. All guests receive a Mobility ticket which entitles you to use free public transport within Salzburg Land (Train & bus). Valid on arrival- and departure day. Will be forwarded to you as QR-Code.

Cozy 40m² apartment in the beautiful district of St.Georgen, 5662, Weberweg 7: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen with dining and living area and pull-out sofa, balcony & wood stove. Ski areas, toboggan runs, Zell am See, Kaprun can be reached in no time by car. Mountains, as well as alpine huts, mountain bike routes and hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. You can spend wonderfully relaxing winter evenings in front of the wood stove. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Welcome home, to Heimathafen, the casual mountain apartment! Here you can chill on the balcony with a grill and enjoy the incredible view of the mountains. Or admire the breathtaking scenery from the heated swimming pool. “Ski in - ski out” in winter, in the middle of the Hochkönig ski area, while from spring to late autumn the hiking trails & mountain bike trails await you right outside the door. Adventure or pure relaxation? Your oasis at over 1000 m above sea level 🏔️♥️

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Obernock mountain farm

Our Obernock mountain farm is located at 1160 m above sea level and can be reached via a 4 km long, asphalt mountain road. The farmhouse, newly built in 2021, is located on the sunny Taxberg in Taxenbach, where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. All hiking areas (Dienten, Gastein, Rauris, Kaprun, Zell am See) are within 20 kilometers. We offer fresh "organic milk" from our dairy cows. Our animals can also be visited.

Tauernwelt The AlpenNatur Chalet

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

Vacation home 1

The holiday apartment 1 is located in Taxenbach and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 65 m² property on the first floor consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. The holiday apartment offers a shared garden where you can enjoy relaxing mornings.

Tiny House in the Organic Flower Meadow

Ideal for young people passing through and loving nature! Enjoy the Tiny House, a former shepherd's cart, in the middle of the meadows of our organic farm with a view of the mountains all around. The ROSENWAGEN invites you to relax, escape the stress of everyday life and enjoy the tranquillity of nature. You are also welcome to book our flat, the ROSENSUITE.
