The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, fun, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quiet and spacious of about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house there is a lush, secluded patio with a barbecue grill right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

A cozy cottage for two adults, just metres from the beach. Lovely bathing awaits here. You sleep in new comfortable beds. Has its own wooden deck, grass lawn and entrance. The cottage has a newly renovated kitchenette. There is also a wide range of different restaurants by the beach and the harbor as well as in the center of Höganäs which are within walking distance. Private shower in adjacent building. Adults Only. The cottage is secluded on the owner's property. You also have beautiful Arild, Mölle and Kullaberg in a few minutes car/bus distance.

Here you live next door with unspoiled nature, nice hiking trails, salty baths, golf courses and cozy fishing villages. In a short distance you can find nice restaurants, swimming and shopping. Here on beautiful Kullahalvön there is a lot to discover, both too big and too small. We rent out part of our house in two apartments where you get your own entrance to an apartment of 60 m2. Both the bathroom, the small kitchen and the bedroom are renovated in 2023.
