Between Båstad and Torekov, you will find this holiday home with fantastic views of Skälderviken and proximity to both golf courses and swimming. An ICA store is also about 1 km from the house. The house can be used both in winter and summer. On the front side, you will find a terrace with a fantastic view. There is also a more sheltered patio in the back. The house has an open floor plan with, among other things, kitchen/fireplace and relaxation corner. On the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom as well as a cozy living room with TV.

"Very cozy cottage near the sea in Höganäs! Cottage of about 40 m2 with unbeatable location close (5 min walk) to the sea and a small town, for those of you who want a relaxing weekend or week. Scenic area with proximity to the sea. Perfect for lovely walks along the beach or hiking or cycling on the Skåneleden trail right in front. Here you can enjoy the sea and sunset at your own small garden. Morning swim from the jetty just below in the summer. There are tennis courts, paddle, golf, bicycles are available to borrow.

I rent out two bright rooms upstairs in my house with their own entrance and bathroom. One room has a double bed, the other two single beds. Included: Free parking, Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, cleaning and access to kitchen, washing machine, TV, garden, patio and balcony. Stay close to the sea, beach, harbor and beautiful coastal roads - with cozy restaurants and cafes. It is easy to get around in every way. I live separately in the house and am available as needed. Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.

Our newly renovated cottage is located 150m from the beach with sea views in three directions. It is open plan with exposed roof beams upstairs. It benefits from a new kitchen, new bathroom and all mod-cons. It is well situated for all attractions of the Kullaberg peninsula, and just a stone throw from a nice swimming beach.
