The house is 40 square meters and has its own bathroom and sauna. In the room there is a sleeping alcove with two beds and a sofa that serves as a double bed. Kitchenette is also available for cooking. Access to private patios with barbecue grills.

Good parking in the area. About 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center, swimming area, harbor, restaurants, shopping and bus. Feel free to rent a bike. The Kulla region offers experiences such as the nature reserve Kullaberg, old fishing village and sports hall & outlet.

The schoolhouse is surrounded by a large garden, and the apartment on the second floor offers three bright and spacious bedrooms, as well as a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a small study room. The apartment is almost 100 sqm.
