What a lovely place. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. we arrived and met Carol and Pete, who were lovely and friendly. Everything was as described. There weren't many pub open on a Monday, so we popped to Waitrose and bought some pizzas. So glad there was an oven in the premises. Would recommend to anyone, and wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Perfectly peaceful retreat, clean and modern, ideal for a getaway, would highly recommend and hope to make it back someday, local pub is friendly and the food is great and just up the lane, perfect, thank you Ross

Carlas place is nestled within the farming community. Detached annexe and very private with wonderful views of countryside. Friendly and helpful host - excellent local pub less than 5 min walk - wonderful homemade food cooked by owner. Nearest main town is Tiverton about 20 mins away. Accommodation has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely few days there and will definitely go back.
