JUST BOOK THIS PLACE (if you are lucky enough to have it available when looking). Best Air BnB I have stayed in - and I have stayed in heaps 😆. Everything is catered for. Everything is attended to. Anything you can thing of, Alan has thought of it first! True story!! Location is perfect too. Close to everything you want in Zagreb. As I said… book it if free!

Die zentrale Lage mit Parkplatz war für uns perfekt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind dank Parkplatz gut mit dem Auto machbar. In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war super und alles hat reibungslos geklappt, obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten.

Our host was a real trooper. We didn’t arrive in Zagreb until after 10:30pm. He was there to meet us and gave us a tour of the apartment. The apartment was well furnished, very clean and conveniently located. He was very responsive, checking on us to make sure everything was okay. We would have no hesitation staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and despite being on a busy road, the inside was surprisingly quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was a small grocery less than a block away. The flat apartment was comfortable with large windows and high ceilings. It was quite hot in our visit and we were grateful for the good AC.

Stan izgleda isto kao i na slikama, uredan i na super lokaciji. Domaćin je jako ljubazan i susretljiv, komunikacija je bila brza i jednostavna. Svake preporuke za stan i domaćina. Znam gdje ponovno dolazim kad stignem u Zagreb :)

Čudovita hiša na Koroškem, v neposredni bližini aktivnosti/znamenitosti kot so Uršlja gora, smučišče Kope, Peca in AlpakaLanda. V nastanitvi si našel vse in še več za udobno bivanje, s popolno opremljeno kuhinjo, čudovito notranjostjo in kotičkom za sprostitev, kar je bil idealen zaključek dneva v hribih. Gostitelj nam je pomagal z napotki, bil je prilagodljiv in odziven. 10/10, če bi imeli čas, bi ostali še dlje

From the moment of the booking till the check out Roland was nothing but an ideal host. The house is amazing and well worth the rate. Everything was extremely clean and well put together, beds were beyond comfortable. Perfect get away for any type of special occasion. I would definitely recommend it...the only downside to the stay was there was actually a time where we needed to leave, would have gladly stayed forever! :)

Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön und sauber. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Alles hat wunderbar gepasst – von der Ausstattung bis hin zur Kommunikation. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Urlaustage in diesem ganz besonderen Haus! Alle ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet! Jedes kleine Detail passt haargenau ins Gesamtkonzept. Es ist total gemütlich und einfach nur schön! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Herman war sehrherzlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Er war immer ansprechbar und hat extrem schnell geantwortet. Draußen kann man sich gar nicht entscheiden, welche Sitzgelegenheit man nutzen möchte, weil alle so toll sind. Der Ausblick und die Luft sind fantastisch. Direkt vom Haus gehen Wanderwege los und auch in der näheren Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen. Das Dorf ist schnuckelig und unsere Töchter haben den von den Dorfbewohnern zum Schwimmbad umfunktionierten, frei zugänglichen Löschteich geliebt. Kurzum: besser kann eine Unterkunft nicht sein!!!! Wir freuen uns, dass wir hier unseren Urlaub verbringen durften und würden sehr gerne noch einmal wiederkommen!

I would stay here again and could not recommend this more! A great host and an amazing location with everything we needed to completely relax. I would also recommend the Lemon Tart from Cakes De Anamarie! This only made the stay even better :)

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati solo 4 giorni nell’alloggio di Miha ma ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Bellissimo spazio esterno, grande e curato. È stato meraviglioso fare il bagno nel fiume così vicino casa. Abbiamo anche approfittato nel fare una lezione di yoga e un massaggio da Mika, con sound terapia, è stato davvero magico. Miha e la sua famiglia sono delle persone accoglienti e gentilissime, non vediamo l’ora di ritornarci!

Verica’s upstairs apartment is perfect for anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The big balcony overlooks the valley and has good view on the hills. The kitchen is fully equipped. Verica has created a beautiful small apartment where one feels just like at home. There is a parking space right in front of the house for guest to use. I highly recommend Verica’s place.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und entspricht exakt den Fotos in der Beschreibung. Der Self-Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert und Bernhard ist ein äußerst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der stets schnell auf Anfragen reagiert hat. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sodass wir – vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder – ausreichend Platz hatten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das große, gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit einem einladenden Sofa und einem geräumigen Esstisch, an dem wir viele schöne gemeinsame Mahlzeiten genießen konnten. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei und für heiße Tage sorgt eine Klimaanlage für angenehme Temperaturen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Direkt vor dem Haus verläuft zwar eine stark befahrene Straße, doch da sich die Wohnung im dritten Stock befindet, war der Straßenlärm kaum wahrnehmbar. Die wunderschöne Altstadt ist nur etwa zehn Gehminuten entfernt – wir konnten alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wie

I had a wonderful at Ivan’s appartment. The place is extremely well located in the center but is quiet and peaceful. The amenities is very good and the appartment was pristine. Ivan was a very welcoming, responsive and proactive host. One of the best airbnbs I stayed at so far!

Overall great experience. Owner genuinely care about our well being.We arrived late so she gave us clear instructions how to get in, where to park, where to find things.She even messaged us where to find a store in the morning. at day of our checkout she offered us to stay as long as wanted, since apartment was free for the afternoon. We wont be looking for any other apartment ent when we come to Maribor.

Nice place. Bright and comfortable. Walking distance to old town, train, Central Park, river & Pyramida. Perfect location. For the most part, it is adequately outfitted. (Inexplicably there was only one dinner plate). We had a lovely stay.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment und würde es immer wieder wählen. Es war sehr sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (sogar mit Öl, Salz und Kaffee). In wenigen Gehminuten war man in der Innenstadt.
