"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The idyllic and cozy chalet is quietly located, within walking distance of the center of Fieberbrunn. Here, in addition to everyday shops, such as the bakery and the well-stocked supermarket, in about a 5-minute walk to the spa of the Alte Post or the Aubad. The lift of the “Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn” ski circuit is only 5 minutes away by car. In winter you can ski, otherwise hike or bike. Later, warm up by the fireplace and dine on delicacies from the gas grill.

Our house is located in the center of Hochfilzen. A great starting point for hiking, cycling or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski resort for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country ski trails are 5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop, train station is in the immediate vicinity. Tourist tax €2.80 per person per night extra to be paid in cash upon arrival. From November 2025 it will be increased to €3.90.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.
