For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Haus Wienerroither

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Aksu vacation home

Our house is located in the center of Hochfilzen. A great starting point for hiking, cycling or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski resort for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country ski trails are 5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop, train station is in the immediate vicinity. Tourist tax €2.80 per person per night extra to be paid in cash upon arrival. From November 2025 it will be increased to €3.90.

Apartment Sonnblick

The cozy, modern rustic apartment is in close proximity to well-developed hiking trails, as well as a large cross-country ski trail network. The ski/hiking bus stop to the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski resort is only a few minutes' walk away. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk from the house....The toboggan run and village cross-country ski run are illuminated. Ski and bike storage spaces as well as a terrace are available in the house.

The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

Our Glückhoch2 is easy to finde! There is only one main intersection in Hochfilzen. Turn there – you will immediately see Glückhoch² on the left-hand side. Wood cladding on the upper floor, stone and plaster below, a large carport – hard to miss! Parking: Simply choose a suitable spot under the carport or in the parking area. Each apartment has one covered parking space and one regular parking space available.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Brunecker Hof. Cozy double room

Double room in 250-year-old original Tyrolean farm. Wonderfully sunny and central location but still surrounded by nature. A 3,000 sqm garden invites you to sunbathe, play and barbecue in summer. Double room with toilet and shower, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In the double room, there is a small fridge, coffee maker, a kettle, microwave, glasses, cups and flatware as a small starting aid for the day.
