Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hoàn Kiếm

Viet is an exceptional host. We travelled with an 8 month old so we had a lot of queries but Viet was super responsive and we did not feel like a burden on him. He accommodated our needs above and beyond. The room itself is big, right next to the elevator which is huge to get luggage up in one go. It is easy enough to get into the old quarter with a 5 or so minute walk. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a well kept building and whilst is not in the touristy area/chaos it does give a real feel of locals living in Hanoi. AC is really powerful and cooled us down when it was 38 degrees outside and we could feel like home there. Thank you Viet :)

This AirBnB is in an amazing location. It is better than described and perfect for a stay in Hanoi. The laundry machine worked great. The AC provided an excellent break from the heat! Highly reccomend.

Harry and Edward were both really responsive and were able to help us whenever we needed. From allowing us to check-in early since we arrived in Hanoi at 6am (for a fee of course) to helping us to put together transport on short notice from our Airbnb to the Airport at 3am, Harry and Edward have been the most responsive and helpful hosts I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. They also had detailed instructions for their Airbnb, as well as a compiled lists of Coffee and Restaurants the locals indulge in and they never disappointed. If you are coming to Old Quarter I highly recommend staying at this accommodation, if not for the location, the lovely Hosts that made Hanoi, Old Quarter, feel like home

The room was incredibly well-equipped and spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay.The location was perfect – it was very good and provided excellent accessibility to all parts of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore. Lovely host and a homey find, we felt right at home. The room was squeaky clean and aesthetically stylish. Our host was so helpful with everything and even kindly stayed up late to greet us. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay, the place was very clean and spacious. Host was great with communication and very specific about instructions so it was easy to follow. The area was nice still in the heart of the city but not straight in the middle of the old town where it is very touristy and noisy. Overall very great and would recommend.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

The hosts were amazing and truly helped us make the most of our time in Hanoi, even assisting with planning our trip to Ninh Binh. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly quiet. It’s within walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. On top of that, I accidentally left my glasses behind and didn’t realize it until a few days later—but they kindly kept them safe for me. I’m very grateful for their thoughtful care and support throughout our stay! Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Just a couple of things to flag for future improvement: the shower drain clogged up quite quickly, and there was water leaking from a pipe near the toilet, which sometimes caused flooding in the bathroom. These issues felt a bit unhygienic, so it would be great if they could be addressed. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

Dieu was always quick to tell me about recommended shops and how to shop, and my first stay in Hanoi was very comfortable.Also, on the last day, I was able to leave my luggage until the evening, which was very helpful.I am convinced that everyone is writing great reviews.The price is very reasonable.Thank you very much.

Great stay at this AirBnB. The rooms were very clean. The AC worked great and was a nice retreat from the Hanoi heat. The washing machine and dryer worked very well and there was laundry detergent provided. Highly reccomend!

We had a wonderful stay at Winter House — a charming French-style home nestled right in the heart of Tong Duy Tan, the bustling 24/7 food street filled with amazing local eats. And the famous Train Street? Just a 2-minute walk away! Truly an amazing location. We’ll definitely be back next time. Huge thanks to May!

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.
