The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

A private and homely guest suite attached to main house in quiet street, 4 doors from north facing beach and 2 min drive to Cowes central. Reverse cycle A/C and electric fire place in lounge room with award winning sofa bed, a separate bedroom with king bed (electric blankets organic linen/cotton sheets) fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with spa bath, shower, 6 ft fenced private courtyard, bbq, outdoor setting and secured for pets. 30 minute beach walk to Main Street. No shared areas.

Hamptons Beach House Rhyll

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars

A roaring open fire place for you to enjoy during winter and electric blankets on every bed except top bunks! A great place to stay for graduating HMAS families. The studio is at one end of the main house and has its own separate driveway, entrance and courtyard. Recently renovated, the space is fresh and clean and comfortable. A Lovely lounge area with a wood fire, and great views of the trees, generous king size bed, dining area adjoining a well equipped Kitchen.

This cosy pet friendly beach cottage is only 3 min walk to the beach . Set in a beautiful bush setting surrounded by native gum trees. With the Conservation park opposite, a 5 min drive to the Grand Prix Track and the Penguin Parade you have everything on your door step.
