There are wooden terraces to the south and east – there is also a covered terrace. It is a modern, stylish year-round house for the environmentally conscious, as there is geothermal heating and extra insulation, which significantly reduces electricity consumption and makes the house extremely CO2-friendly. There is underfloor heating everywhere.

It is only 5 minutes by car to Skallerup Seaside Resort with Aqua Park, fitness, bowling and more. We have mounted charger for the car so you can charge your car at the house. Everything is ready for a wonderful vacation.
