Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. Cozy year-round house used as a cottage in the North Jutland holiday town of Løkken. Located just 200 meters from the beach and a short walk from the city center. The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor with room for 6 people and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, cozy living room furnished with sofas and TV, and dining room with access to terrace and garden. There is a large enclosed garden behind the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock and barbecue. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer.

Here you can really relax and enjoy the beautiful nature and the sea. Start the day on the east-facing terrace with a cup of coffee, take a walk along the beach to the cozy Løkken and end the day watching the sun set from the south-facing wooden terrace. There is a sofa bed that turns into a nice double bed in 2 minutes as well as a loft with room for two.

With the forest as a neighbor and right where the inland dunes begin, this architect-designed house from 2005 invites you to relax. The house's large glass panels create a picturesque scenery, where the clouds drift across the sky and draw the sunset into the house. The holiday home is secluded, but at the same time only 2 km from Nørlev beach, 3 km from Skallerup Seaside Resort and 6 km from Lønstrup. To the south is the view of the inland dunes in Skallerup - to the west the view of the sea.
