The annex is within walking distance from the beach, where it is possible to swim all year round or good walks along the North Sea. The city has several cozy restaurants and artisans and it is possible to shop at the local Grocery Store close to the Annex. Parking is available at the rear entrance of the house via the Bay (not v. Beach road), but only with room for 1 car.
